Laughter is the best medicine for everyone. Studies show just how laughter can help to heal the body and lessen the affects of stress. So today I am making sure that in order to benefit the whole family we are going to play some games today that involve lots of laughing. That whole body belly laugh that kids get when they get tickled or you say something funny. Incorporate laughter into your day today and see how good it makes you feel!
