Thankful Tuesday

Today I am thankful for meditation and what it does for my body and mind and soul. I like that it reconnects me with my whole body and slows me back down to a very grounded reality; one of serenity and happiness. Here’s a great meditation that energizes my creativity and my connectedness to others. It is Dr. Christine Northrup from the “I can do it” conference.
