Over the last couple weeks I have been working on helping my adrenals by doing my meditations and deep breathing and by eating and drinking things that will only strengthen my body and adrenals. So my Monday Morning Mantra reflects that. Choose something you’d like to balance in your body. Remember say it with conviction and meaning.
My PH is rising. My adrenals are strengthening and I have everything in my body that I need to heal myself.”
