Life is so simple yet sometimes we make it so complicated. We as humans make mistakes however most of us learn from those mistakes and move on. Reflecting on your own true self and being self-aware of your actions and thoughts is key to living a full life; one with purpose and intention. So today’s mantra is a simple one -
“Every action I make is from the heart. I live each day knowing that I am the best that I can be.”

We are not just our bodies or our minds we are an intricately woven beautiful mix of our body, mind and spirit. So today’s mantra is all about bringing about an awareness of all that we are right here an right now.
Take a moment today to close your eyes. Breathe. Feel your heartbeat in your fingertips and feel the warmth of your heart. Feel gratitude for the moment you are in. Breathe. With your breath out release all of the tension, the negativity and say,
“I am love, I am happiness, I am gratitude, I AM alive. I think positive thoughts, listen for the beauty in each moment and feel joy with my whole being. I am alive.”
