Life Coaching is not therapy. It is a place that you come to when you have resolved all of the traumas and pains of the past and are ready to live in the present. It is a way of moving forward taking all of the experience you know and challenging the ones that are not working for you. Together we focus on the here and now.
Through our conversations you will be challenged – but in a good way – to answer some questions and be willing to take concrete action steps towards your goals. There will be different exercises and some homework that I will ask you to complete. In this way we can visually track your progress and this is where all the good stuff takes place. Your own insight and ideas will come to life and you will see improvements. All homework will be sent to you via email.
Coaching sessions are over the phone therefore eliminating the hassle of travel time. Make sure to book 60 minutes of uninterrupted time.
