I am alive. I am strong. I will take in a deep breath and fill my lungs with fresh air. Air that allows me to move and flow and feel. I will not let negative thoughts weight me down today. I will encourage all of my optimism and laughter. I will acknowledge all of the feelings that my brain tells me and I will take the ones I need and gently move the ones I don’t away. I am in control.
