What are you doing for yourself today? Today I listened to my body and mind – my body and mind that moved me this morning to take a wonderful morning walk to breathe in the air and clear my thoughts. This quote so rings true doesn’t it. When the bad stuff comes we are so quick to ask why. When we are in the moment of good or great stuff we never ask why we just assume that we should be like that all the time without stopping to enjoy the moment and asking “why”.
